Reservations must be booked a minimum of two weeks in advance, and are subject to availability. A surcharge will apply if booked and confirmed on a shorter notice. All bookings must be confirmed 48 hours prior to arrival. A 30% fee shall apply for all modifications required to the reservation, should the modification be requested within 3 days prior to arrival. 100% cancellation fee will apply if reservations are cancelled. Any no-show is non-refundable.

Complaints: In case of complaint, Tailor Made Istanbul should be notified by written within 3 days after all services have been provided. Tailor Made Istanbul will not get involved in case of conflict between its customer(s) and local authorities. Tailor Made Istanbul declines all responsibility in case of difficulties of all types involving third parties.
